Experience In Estates And Probate

Experience is a valuable asset for a lawyer working in estate planning. Wills may not go into effect until many years after they are first drafted, and a trust can be in effect into future generations. An attorney must be very careful to make sure these documents achieve their goals and stand up to legal scrutiny many years into the future. A lawyer who has been helping clients in estate planning and probate for many years knows what to look for in order to avoid mistakes or to resolve problems when they arise.

At Dariotis Law in Tallahassee, Florida, we provide experienced help with estate planning and probate so that our clients can depend on our work for years to come.

Our attorney, Terry Dariotis, is board certified by The Florida Bar as a specialist in wills, trusts and estates law. In addition to his law degree, he has a master of laws degree in taxation and a certificate in financial planning.

Mr. Dariotis has been practicing law for more than 44 years and has concentrated on estate planning and probate and trust administration for more than 25 years. He is licensed to practice in all Florida state courts, in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida, in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, in the U.S. Tax Court, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
