Dariotis Law

Florida State University in 1997, became board certified by The Florida Bar as a specialist in Wills, Trusts and Estates Law in 2001, and returned to law school part-time in 2001 to pursue a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in taxation from the University of Florida which he received in 2003. 

During his more than 41 years of law practice, Terry has gained admission to practice in all state courts in Florida, the United States District Court for the Northern and Middle Districts of Florida, the United States Tax Court, the United States Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. 

A history buff, Terry is especially interested in the Old West, and reads copiously about that era as well as American and European historical figures.

Terry Dariotis

Terry Dariotis nearly qualifies as a Tallahassee native. Terry had received his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola University of Chicago in 1973. But, after he completed a one-year appellate court clerkship in Waukegan, Illinois, in 1974 Terry and his wife, Jeanne, moved from the Chicago area to Tallahassee to enjoy a better quality of life and to be with other family members who had moved there. Terry and Jeanne have three grown children and two young grandchildren.

After almost 20 years as a general practitioner, in 1995 Terry began to focus his practice in the area of estate planning.  He earned a Certificate in Financial Planning from
