Dariotis, Terry
Biography
My law practice is concentrated primarily in the area of wills, trusts, and estates which includes estate planning, probate and trust administration.
I serve clients who need only a simple will as well as those who need estate and gift tax planning. I also represent fiduciaries in probate and trust administration including preparing federal estate tax returns.
As part of the estate planning process, I also assist clients in establishing new or modifying an existing separate legal entity, such as a corporation, limited partnership or limited liability company, for ownership of a business or investment real estate, and creating or amending a buy-sell agreement for the owners of a business.
