My law practice is concentrated primarily in the area of wills, trusts, and estates, which includes estate planning, probate, and trust administration.

I serve clients who need only a simple will as well as those who need estate and gift tax planning. I also represent clients in probate and trust administration, including preparing federal estate tax returns.

As part of the estate planning process, I also assist clients with establishing a new or modifying an existing separate legal entity, such as a corporation, limited liability company, or limited partnership, for ownership of a business or for holding investment real estate, and with creating or amending buy-sell agreements for the owners of a business.

About Dariotis Law

Experience is important for a lawyer who engages in estate planning. Wills may not go into effect until many years after they are created. A trust may be in effect for many years and for future generations. An attorney must be very careful to make sure that estate planning documents are appropriate for the client, achieve the desired goals, and stand up to legal scrutiny in the future. An experienced estate planning lawyer knows how to create an effective plan that addresses a client’s concerns. Representation by an experienced probate and trust lawyer is invaluable in assisting the client with administration of a probate estate or a trust, including dealing with various tax issues and with problems that may arise.

At Dariotis Law, in Tallahassee, Florida, we provide experienced help with both estate planning and with probate and trust administration.
